How to lower your cholesterol levels

Abnormally high cholesterol level has been known for quite a number of years now to be a major cardiovascular risk factors. However, there are a number of foods and ingredients in our daily diet which we never thought of before but helps in lowering cholesterol levels:
1. Garlic: So many people avoid this age long remedy o several diseases because of its odor, however it is important to know that garlic is a very good boost for cardiovascular health
2. Beans: Many atimes when we hear this word, FART comes to our mind as its synonym; however, beans is known to lower cholesterol levels by 8%
3. Onion: We cook almost all our daily meal using onion , however, we do not know the importance of this ingredient! Onion is a tested and trusted reducer of high cholesterol levels.
4. Oats  : Changing morning meals to oats also helps to reduce cholesterol levels.
